Roost & Root has built well over 10,000 premium chicken coop and greenhouse kits using our SmartKit™ designs and enabled DIY’ers and handymen all over America successfully build their coops and greenhouses with ordinary skill and common tools. We’ve been told so many times that our structures are “so nice and big that you cold live in them”… that we decided to actually design an ADU SmartKit™ that was made to live in.
