For a one time fee of $5,000 we will project manage the construction of your abode ADU for you. The service contract would include…
- “Head Hunting” handymen in your area for you to meet with and hire.
- Working with RenoFi to secure financing for you.
- Working with your slab builder.
- Supporting you or your representative with any materials needed for permitting or code compliance.
- Supporting your ADU being dried in.
- Supporting electrical, plumbing and mini split HVAC installation.
- Supporting you or your representative with any utility hookups needed.
We will support you or your representative until you’re moved in.
