Delivery:
When your shipment gets to the terminal closest to your location you will receive a phone call from the shipping company to set up an appointment for delivery.
Expect to receive (1) ~5’x5’ shipping crate. No one piece is more than 70lbs.
The freight company will unload the crate to an area accessible by a pallet jack. They will not un-palletize it or put it into place for you. It will take 1-2 people to carry the coop parts from offload point to the assembly location.
Assembly instructions are located inside the crate in the plastic toolkit that contains the assembly hardware. Find a digital copy here.
Assembly:
Our SmartKits™ are designed to be easily assembled with little to no experience. You or your handyman can assemble your Loft Coop in about 2-3 hours with only a cordless drill.
