Freight Information – Heritage Chicken Coop | Model 30

When your shipment gets to the terminal closest to your location you will receive a phone call from the shipping company to set up an appointment for delivery. Please be sure that the information listed below is your correct shipping address and that it is the best phone number for them to reach you. You can expect to receive (3) ~5’x5’ shipping crates. You or your representative will need to be available to sign for the delivery.  The freight company will unload the crates to an area accessible by a pallet jack. They will not un-palletize or put them into place for you.  It will take 1-2 people to carry the pre-assembled parts to the assembly location. Printed assembly instructions are included inside the shipping crate in a large cardboard envelope. 

We will send an email with tracking information when your shipment is picked up by the freight company to let you know it is on the way to you.  Please be advised that the delivery date that is returned when tracking the shipment is to the delivery terminal only and does not indicate when the shipment will be delivered to your home.  Again, they will reach out to you via telephone to set an appointment before delivery.  Please inspect the shipment upon delivery and notate any known issues on the delivery receipt.  Please give us a call at (877-741-2667) with any questions and thank you so much for your order.
