When your shipment gets to the terminal closest to your location you will receive a phone call from the shipping company to set up an appointment for delivery. Please be sure that the address/phone information listed below is correct and that it is the best phone number for the shipping company to reach you. You or your representative will need to be available to receive the delivery. Expect to receive (1) ~5’x5’ shipping crate. The freight company will unload the crate to an area accessible by a pallet jack. They will not un-palletize it or put it into place for you. It will take 1-2 people to carry the coop parts from offload point to the assembly location. Assembly instructions are located inside the crate in the plastic toolkit that contains the assembly hardware.
We will send an email with tracking information when your order is picked up by the freight company. Please be advised that the delivery date that is returned when tracking the shipment is to the delivery terminal only and does not indicate when the coop will actually be delivered to your home. Again, they will reach out to you via telephone to set an appointment before delivery. Please inspect the coop shipment upon delivery and notate any known issues on the delivery receipt.
